The Sprite - Midget Club USA is a fledgeling organization formed to host and develop the "50 Years of Spridgets" celebration at Lake of the Ozarks in June, 2008.  Presently it has no structure other than a very generic set of articles of incorporation and bylaws required to incorporate as a not-for-profit corporation. Founding board members are Frank Clarici, Jim Johnson and Jack Laird.

The present vision for the organization is to develop a very loose, on-line club with few rules, few meetings, and no annual dues in order to follow the vaunted KISS principle. Some ideas expressed were: a national level "help" organization for Spridgets on the road, an on-line technical repository, an on-line newsletter, an online events listing, an on-line classified ads section, an on-line tool loan program....
